Restorative Nurse

Newly renovated rehabilitation and health care center seeks restorative nurse experienced in long-term care. Ideal candidate is certified in restorative care, but will train an enthusiastic and motivated nurse. Knowledge of MDS, care planning and computer literacy is required. Must be dependable, very organized and have good communication skills.

Assistant Administrator

Newly renovated rehabilitation and health care center seeks Licensed Illinois Nursing Home Administrator with proven management skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, Subpart U and Subpart S programming is required.
